The January National Housing Trend Report from realtor.com now reveals that inventory in January has decreased another 6.7% month over month and 8.7% year over year. This is occurring at the same time that buyer activity (demand) remains strong.

According with the Census of Agriculture “there has been a 21 percent increase in ownership in the last 5 years.” Most of those farms are small or mid-sized with greatest concentrations living in Texas, New Mexico and California.
