The State of Hispanic Homeownership

The State of Hispanic Homeownership | Latina on Real Estate

Last month, the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) released their annual State of Hispanic Homeownership Report for 2016. This is a 24-page report that focuses “on the household formation rates and the consequent homeownership growth of Hispanics as well as their related educational achievements, entrepreneurial undertakings, labor force profile, and consumer purchasing power in the country.

It is an honor to be nominated for the Positive Impact Award!

This year, I have the great honor to be selected as a finalist for the Positive Impact Award and I wanted to share this fantastic news with all of you!

It is an honor to be nominated for the Positive Impact Award!

The Positive Impact Awards aim to recognize Hispanic Americans who do outstanding work in their communities. The awards were created as homage to the late Louis Pagan, co-founder of Hispanicize and well-known social media entrepreneur, who passed away suddenly in February 2013. Louis was widely known for his kindness and commitment to giving the community a voice through his vast social media networks. Over the past two years, the Positive Impact Awards have honored 25 Latinos from all corners of the United States who have dedicated their lives, time and money to ensuring that their communities have access to the resources and support they need to succeed”.

As many of you know, I have been working hard for over 15 years educating real estate professionals on the impact that the Hispanic community has on the housing industry, and teaching agents how to help Hispanics achieve the American Dream of homeownership.

It is a great honor that Hispanicize recognized my work and is willing to include me on a list of great Latinos that are doing exceptional work for the community.

The awards are set to take place on April 5th, 2016 and at this moment I would like to congratulate all the nominates and thank Hispanicize for this nomination!
