Hispanics in the U.S.A & their New Year’s Resolutions - Latina on Real Estate

With their preparation for the holidays, the Hispanic community also prepares for some rituals, customs and traditions that are going to help to portend a good outcome in the New Year. Depending on the country of origin, these traditions may vary. All of them will have a list of wishes for the New Year. But, what does this have to do with real estate?

For many of them buying a house will be on the list. According to a survey by TD Bank, 66 % of the Hispanics surveyed are planning to buy a home in the next five years. 46% of them plan to buy their first home within the next two years.

It is our resolution for the next year to continue giving you information to make sure that the Hispanic Community will be able to fulfil one of their wishes: The opportunity to be homeowners!
